本文在阐述行动研究原理和过程的基础上,论述了行动研究对于外语教师自身发展的作用及其在外语教学中的应用问题。教师在课堂中应作为外语行为研究者,了解行动研究的原理、过程和作用。认为行动可以增强外语教师对教学过程的自我意识、自我决策、自我评价、自我更新能力,进一步提高自身素质和教学效果。
Based on the principle and process of action research, this paper discusses the role of action research in the development of foreign language teachers and their application in foreign language teaching. Teachers in the classroom should act as foreign language researchers to understand the principles, processes and functions of action research. They think that actions can enhance the self-awareness, self-decision-making, self-evaluation and self-renewal of foreign language teachers in the teaching process and further improve their own qualities and teaching effectiveness.
