在社会主义市场竞争日益激烈的市场环境中,凡是取得了不菲经营业绩的企业,都是重视和合理利用人才的企业,企业通过建立富于效率的激励机制,将企业的长期发展和员工的个人发展联系起来,为企业的长期发展提供了重要的动力。本文从企业激励机制的意义出发,分析了目前工厂激励机制曾经存在的问题,并按照其类型设计了相应的激励机制,以期改善其存在的缺点。
In an increasingly competitive market environment in the socialist market, all enterprises that have achieved remarkable financial performance are enterprises that value and rationally utilize their talents. Based on the significance of the enterprise incentive mechanism, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the factory incentive mechanism at present, and designs corresponding incentive mechanisms according to their types in order to improve their shortcomings.
