Vegetables are the main non-staple food that everybody eats everyday. The supply of vegetables is good or bad. Relations with the interests of millions of households have a great impact on the national economy and people’s livelihood. How to do a good job in the production and supply of vegetables to better meet the needs of the people’s lives is a major problem that all large and medium-sized cities in the country are trying to solve. In the past, we had long implemented package purchase and underwriting. Although it was good, it had more advantages and less disadvantages. Practice has proved that “package” does not work. What is the way out for urban vegetable work? With this question, I am one of the 10 pilots of the National Urban Reform.
