以正丁基锂为引发剂,环己烷为溶剂,四氢糠基乙基醚为结构调节剂,制备了溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)。考察了不同温度下苯乙烯与丁二烯的负离子共聚合反应,通过改变调节剂用量及引发温度,使共聚产物中聚丁二烯部分的乙烯基结构摩尔分数可以在30% ~60%灵活调节。结果表明,由此制得的SSBR产物具有优异的物理性能、力学性能及突出的抗湿滑性能。
Solvent-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR) was prepared by using n-butyl lithium as initiator, cyclohexane as solvent and tetrahydrofurfuryl ethyl ether as structural modifier. The negative ion copolymerization of styrene and butadiene at different temperatures was investigated. The mole fraction of vinyl structure in the polybutadiene part of the copolymer could be flexibly adjusted from 30% to 60% by changing the amount of the regulator and the temperature. . The results show that the resulting SSBR products have excellent physical properties, mechanical properties and outstanding wet skid resistance.
