为了解我县中、小学生主要死因及其流行病学特征,为今后制订学校卫生工作计划提供客观的依据,我们对624所中、小学校1986～1989年的学生死亡状况进行了流行病学调查分析。资料来源从1986～1989年全县居民死亡医学证明报告单中抄录7～18岁年龄组的死亡报告单,逐例经过调查核实,死亡前尚在学校读书的学生为本次调查分析对象。人口资料由县教委提供。调查由经过培训的医务人员进行。疾病死因经省级以上医院确诊者
In order to understand the main causes of death and epidemiological characteristics of primary and middle school students in our county and provide an objective basis for formulating the school health plan in the future, we conducted an epidemiological investigation on the deaths of students from 624 primary and secondary schools from 1986 to 1989 .
