本文认为,当地公司对当地环境的了解是其关键性的资源,也是其谈判力量的根本所在。随着跨国公司当地知识的增加,跨国公司对当地公司的依赖性将会减少,由此会导致双方谈判力量的改变以及跨国公司增资扩股行为的发生。 This paper argues that local companies’ understanding of the local environment is their key resource and the essence of their negotiation power. As the local knowledge of multinational corporations increases, the dependence of multinational corporations on local companies will decrease, which will lead to the change of negotiation power and the increase of capital and share of multinationals.
