在音乐教学中,教师常常会陷入两难境地:如果让学生老老实实地坐着,课上起来轻松,课堂气氛却死气沉沉;如果放开学生手脚,学生热情高涨,跃跃欲试,却被人批评说:“太乱了,不象话!”那么究竟该如何看待课堂“乱”的现象呢?我的观点是:乱中求序,因势利导。首先,“乱”并不一定是坏事。只要不是因为组织教学失败而造成的混乱,这个“乱”甚至还是值得提倡的。视“乱”为忌的老师一定认为:课堂上应该是学生围着教师的指挥棒转。他们忽视了
