一、前言 长期以来,电炉冶炼普碳钢B_2、B_3进入还原期后,一直是采用传统的扩散脱氧工艺,即氧化渣拉毕后,加入CaO、CaF_2再用碳粉、硅铁粉脱氧,渣色转白后取还原样,等分析时再加入碳粉、硅粉以保持炉内的还原气氛,出钢要求白渣,所以还原期时间需要40-50分钟,时间延长,电耗增加,生产效率低,钢中溶解的氧量降低很少,同时还导致钢中氮、氢气体含量增高,以及炉龄降低等弊病。
