Continuing education is post-university re-education. According to the definition of UNESCO, continuing education refers to the various types of education accepted by those who have divorced from formal education, work, and adult responsibilities, including both continuing to receive formal education at this stage and including Explore, update and supplement knowledge and skills activities in special areas. It not only attaches importance to the supplementation and expansion of knowledge, but also emphasizes the improvement and development of capabilities. It is a new type of innovation education. The most significant feature of continuing education is that it can break through the constraints of time and space on higher education, give full play to the education function, and closely integrate learning with work, study, and practice. This provides an effective way for companies to improve the quality of their workforce, especially the quality of professional and technical personnel, and enhance their competitiveness.
