目前大学生英语写作中存在很多问题,最具代表性的存在于语篇连贯层面,作文缺乏连贯性和逻辑性。语篇的连贯性取决于错综复杂的主位推进模式,而语篇的类型不同,所采用的主位推进模式也不相同。本文在国内外学者研究的基础上探讨几种不同的主位推进模式,并分析英语作为外语的学习者在英语写作中的语篇连贯错误,阐述主位推进与语篇连贯的关系,从西安某高校非英语专业大一学生的英语写作中分析主位推进模式对写作的意义,为英语写作教学提供建设性建议。
At present, there are many problems in college students’ English writing, the most representative exists in the coherence of discourse, and the composition is lack of coherence and logic. Coherence of discourse depends on the intricate thematic progression pattern, while the type of discourse is different, the main theme of the promotion mode is not the same. Based on the domestic and foreign scholars’ research, this paper explores several different modes of thematic progression and analyzes the discourse coherence errors of English as a foreign language learner in English writing, and expounds the relationship between the thematic progression and discourse coherence. Analysis of the significance of the thematic progression mode in writing in the English writing of non-English majors in a college to provide constructive suggestions for the teaching of English writing.
