为在EILog成套装备配接中子寿命测井功能,开发了中子寿命测井地面控制和数据处理系统,介绍了其软件及硬件解决方案。在详细分析中子寿命仪器数据结构的基础上,阐述了以MCU(Micro Control Unit)为核心实现PCM(Pulse Code Modulation)信号解码的原理和方法。按不同的软件平台分层获取数据,通过底层的设备驱动程序实现对硬件的访问;通过上层的控制软件实现数据采集与处理。该系统仪器数据传输误码率低,数据采集实时性好,软件运行稳定、可靠。应用该系统配接EILog测井系统在石油工业测井计量站中子寿命标准刻度井群进行测井已获成功。
In order to equip the EILog equipment with neutron life log, a neutron lifetime log ground control and data processing system was developed, and its software and hardware solutions were introduced. Based on the detailed analysis of the data structures of neutron lifetime instruments, the principle and method of PCM (Pulse Code Modulation) signal decoding with MCU (Micro Control Unit) as the core are expounded. According to different software platform to obtain data hierarchically, through the underlying device driver to achieve hardware access; through the upper control software for data acquisition and processing. The system instrument data transmission error rate is low, real-time data acquisition is good, the software is stable and reliable. Application of the system with EILog logging system in the oil industry logging metering station neutron life standard calibration well group logging has been successful.
