对Hart所提出的知识划分方法进行了系统的分析，指出了它在工艺决策领域中的不适宜性．引入4点基本假设，基于此假设界定了工艺决策知识的4个标准层次．即：知识基元的描述层、关系解释层、控制层、规划层．这种划分方法，明确地界定了各个知识层次．提供了一种可供借鉴的层次化引导框架．
The method of knowledge division proposed by Hart was systematically analyzed, and its inappropriateness in the field of process decision making was pointed out. Four basic assumptions are introduced. Based on this assumption, four standard levels of process decision knowledge are defined. Namely: the description layer of knowledge primitives, the relational interpretation layer, the control layer, the planning layer. This method of division clearly defines each level of knowledge. Provides a level of guidance for the introduction of the framework.
