在建筑工程施工中,施工进度的控制贯穿于整个施工过程,是建设单位、施工单位和监理单位需要重点管理的一项工作。控制好施工进度,可以有效把控工期和工作量,有效推动整个工程目标的实现,且有助于树立企业的良好形象。因此,在工程项目施工过程中,必须做好施工进度控制的管理。本文从建筑工程施工进度控制与管理的重要性入手,分析了影响施工进度的因素,并为做好施工进度控制与管理提出几点建议,希望能为我国工程建筑事业的发展提供一些理论支持。
In the construction of construction, the construction progress control throughout the construction process, is the construction unit, construction unit and supervision unit needs to be a key management of a job. Control of construction progress can effectively control the construction period and workload, effectively promote the realization of the entire project objectives, and help establish a good corporate image. Therefore, in the process of construction project, we must do a good job in the management of construction schedule control. This article starts with the importance of construction schedule control and management, analyzes the factors that affect construction schedule, and puts forward some suggestions for construction schedule control and management. It hopes to provide some theoretical support for the development of construction project in our country.
