三峡-葛洲坝两坝联合调度综合考虑三峡双线五级船闸(目前升船机尚未启用)和葛洲坝三个船闸,根据两坝之间距离不远的特点,实行联合调度,使这段“黄金水道”尽可能畅通.根据通航约束条件和安全性要求,以及船闸调度“先到先过与重点优先相兼顾”的调度原则,引入了联合调度的数学模型,并给出了逐步最优化算法POA.模型的合理性与算法的有效性在工程中得到验证.
