本文测定了延边朝鲜族青少年1000名苯硫脲尝味能力,测定时以1/12000液为味盲界限。结果:味盲总势为91人,占9.1％。男女性别(各500名)之间PTC尝味能力无显著性差异;青年(296名)和少年(704名)之间味盲经X~2测验有显著性差异;群体隐性基因频率为0.3017。
In this paper, we measured the tasting ability of 1000 phenylthioureas in Yanbian Korean adolescents. Results: taste blind total potential of 91 people, accounting for 9.1%. There was no significant difference in the tasting power of PTC between male and female (each 500); the taste blindness between young (296) and juvenile (704) was significantly different by X ~ 2 test; the frequency of recessive gene was 0.3017 .
