以某厂100 t转炉生产实践为例,从降低成本角度,研究了转炉原辅料结构的优化。并通过调整铁水废钢比,优化造渣、吹炼工艺,避免了原辅料变化对转炉终点控制的影响,保证了转炉终点C、P的成分控制以及温度控制,降低了钢水的氧化性,转炉钢铁料消耗降低4.78 kg/t,终点钢水碳氧积降低至0.002 7左右,减少了综合铝耗1.31 kg/t。
