采用微生物法测定家兔血清中鹿蹄草素血药浓度，经（MCPKP）程序处理数据。表明鹿蹄草素在家兔体内动力学过程符合双室模型，求得一系列动力学参数。
Microbial method was used to determine the blood serum concentration of PLT in rabbits and the data was processed by (MCPKP) program. The results showed that the kinetic process of genistein in rabbits accorded with the bivariate model and a series of kinetic parameters were obtained.
