电力系统通过开展创文明行业活动,广大员工大大增强了优质服务意识。但这与“优质服务年”活动的要求相比差距还甚远。原因主要有两条:一是部分电力职工的忧患意识不强;二是极少数用户缺少主动参与这一活动的意识。我们呼唤全民积极参与正在电力系统开展的“优质服务年”活动。
Through the launch of civilized industry activities, the power system has greatly enhanced the awareness of quality service. However, this gap is far from the demand for the “Quality Service Year” campaign. There are two main reasons: First, the awareness of the employees of some power companies is not strong; second, a very small number of users lack the awareness of actively participating in this activity. We call on all citizens to actively participate in the “Year of Quality Services” that is being carried out by the power system.
