在1994~1997年8月末对红富士苹果树连续4年进行夏剪,结果显示:单果重、产量和果肉硬度不受影响;果实着色有明显改善,尤其是树冠内堂果实红色的发育更好;夏剪树的果实底色较亮;夏剪使果实中可溶性固形物含量降低不明显,对可滴定酸的影响不尽一致,对果肉硬度无影响。因此,在黄河故道地区,于8月末对红富士苹果树进行夏剪较为适宜。
At the end of August 1994 to the end of August 1997, red Fuji apple trees were cut in summer for 4 consecutive years. The results showed that single fruit weight, yield and fruit firmness were not affected; the coloring of fruits was significantly improved, especially red fruit in canopies The fruit of summer-cut tree had a bright background. The summer cut had no obvious effect on the content of soluble solid in fruit, but had a different effect on titratable acid, which had no effect on the hardness of pulp. Therefore, in the old course of the Yellow River, it is more appropriate to summer-cut the Red Fuji apple tree at the end of August.
