火电厂主汽温控制系统具有大惯性、大迟延和时变等特性 ,其控制水平的高低直接影响到锅炉的热效率和过热器管道、汽轮机等设备的安全运行 ,将主汽温串级广义被控对象拟合为一阶加纯滞后模型结构后采用将专家控制原理与常规PID控制相结合构成专家PID控制策略。仿真研究表明 ,该方法的控制效果优于常规的PID控制 ,能适应对象参数的变化并表现出良好的控制品质 ,具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力
The main steam temperature control system of thermal power plant has the characteristics of large inertia, large delay and time-varying. The level of its control will directly affect the thermal efficiency of boilers and the safe operation of superheater pipes, steam turbines and other equipment. Control object fitting for the first-order model with pure hysteresis after the use of expert control principles and conventional PID control combine to form an expert PID control strategy. The simulation results show that the proposed method is superior to the conventional PID control in control effects and can adapt to the change of object parameters and show good control quality with strong robustness and self-adaptability
