目的:通过联合检测血清中EB病毒壳抗原免疫球蛋白A抗体(VCA-IgA),癌胚抗原(CEA)和铁蛋白(SF),探讨该联合检测在鼻咽癌(NPC)临床诊断中的价值。方法:利用免疫酶法和化学发光免疫分析技术,分别检测临床确诊的102例NPC患者和54例正常人血清中VCA-IgA和CEA,SF的表达水平。结果:NPC患者中VCA-IgA、CEA和SF单独检测敏感性分别为81.3%、68.6%和48%,正常组中敏感性分别为1.8%、3.7%和1.8%。两组中VCA-IgA、CEA和SF联合检测敏感性差异显著(P<0.01),分别为93.8%和5.5%。结论:联合检测血清中VCA-IgA,CEA和SF的表达水平,在临床诊断NPC中具有很好的特异性,有一定的推广价值。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the association of VCA-IgA, CEA and SF in sera of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) by combining the detection of Epstein-Barr virus value. Methods: The levels of VCA-IgA, CEA and SF in sera of 102 patients with NPC and 54 normal controls were detected by immunoenzymatic assay and chemiluminescence immunoassay. Results: The sensitivities of VCA-IgA, CEA and SF alone in NPC were 81.3%, 68.6% and 48%, respectively, and those in normal group were 1.8%, 3.7% and 1.8% respectively. The sensitivity of the combined detection of VCA-IgA, CEA and SF was significantly different between the two groups (P <0.01), 93.8% and 5.5% respectively. Conclusion: The combined detection of serum VCA-IgA, CEA and SF expression levels in the clinical diagnosis of NPC has a good specificity, have some promotional value.
