现阶段党员管理是党组织按照党章和党的有关规定,通过一定的方式和手段,使党员认真履行义务,正确行使权利的活动。目前,企业各级党组织在企业生产经营活动中发挥了重要作用,为企业有效发展做出了重要贡献。但是在党员管理方面,还存在一些问题,笔者就这些问题进行如下阐述。 Party member management at the present stage is an activity in which party members conscientiously perform their obligations and exercise their rights correctly through certain methods and means in accordance with the party constitution and the relevant provisions of the party.
