语文教师学一点心理学。掌握一点心理的科学知识,可以减少教学中的盲目性,增强自觉性,把自己的工作建立在科学基础上,更有效地提高语文教学质量。现在不少学生语文水平低下,其重要原因之一便是对语文不感兴趣。培养与激发学生的学习兴趣,乃是语文教学中一个重要的课题。而要培养学生的学习兴趣,就要掌握、运用一些心理学的基本知识。心理学告诉我们,促进学习兴趣形成的基本条件主要有三:一是要有明确而强有力的学习动机;二是有赖于知识掌握的深度和广度;三是有赖于认识与情感联系的不断加深。近几年来,我在语文教学中为了创造这几个基本条件,做了一些努
Language teachers learn a little psychology. Grasping a little psychological scientific knowledge can reduce the blindness in teaching, increase awareness, and build up their work on a scientific basis to more effectively improve the quality of Chinese teaching. Nowadays, many students have low language skills. One of the important reasons is that they are not interested in language. Cultivating and inspiring students’ interest in learning is an important issue in language teaching. To cultivate students’ interest in learning, we must master and use some basic knowledge of psychology. Psychology tells us that there are three basic conditions for promoting the formation of learning interests: one is to have a clear and strong motivation for learning; the other is to rely on the depth and breadth of knowledge acquisition; and third is to rely on the deepening of the connection between cognition and emotion.
