人力资源管理是各个行业管理的重点,本文主要对企业人力资源管理现状进行分析,得出了企业人力资源管理所存在的问题主要有:人力资源管理体系建设缺少竞争力;人员配置规划缺少全面性,对培训机制的理解存在误区;激励机制存在不足,绩效评估机制亟需完善等。并对应的提出了相对应的解决措施:树立“以人为本”的管理思想;全人力资源管理体系建设,提高企业竞争力;人员配置体现全面性,培训工作日常化等措施来提高人力资源管理的水平。
Human resource management is the focus of each industry management. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of human resource management in enterprises, and concludes that the problems existing in human resource management of enterprises include: the lack of competitiveness in the construction of human resources management system; the lack of comprehensiveness in personnel allocation planning There is a misunderstanding of the training mechanism, the insufficiency of the incentive mechanism and the perfection of the performance evaluation mechanism. And correspondingly put forward the corresponding solutions: establish a “people-oriented” management thinking; full human resources management system, improve the competitiveness of enterprises; personnel configuration reflects the comprehensive nature of training and other measures to improve the daily life of human resources management s level.
