文化领导力,是领导者的一种组织领导艺术能力,是建立在领导者对组织运行和管理的规律深刻把握之上。在当前固有领导模式瓶颈的约束下,出现了因领导问题而引发的种种不良后果。因此,如何进一步提升领导者的能力,打破已有的领导僵局,实现领导方式的创新,是摆在当前领导者面前的问题。本文将从中国传统文化的角度,结合传统文化优秀的领导艺术,来注入新鲜的元素,达到领导能力的提升。
Cultural leadership is the leader’s ability to lead the art of organization and is based on the leadership’s firm grasp of the laws governing the operation and management of the organization. Due to the bottleneck of the current inherent leadership model, various adverse consequences arising from the leadership issue have emerged. Therefore, how to further enhance the capabilities of the leaders, break the existing leadership impasse, and innovate in the leadership style are problems that the current leaders face. This article will inject new elements from the perspective of Chinese traditional culture and combine the excellent leadership skills of traditional culture with the promotion of leadership.
