目的简便快速筛查地中海贫血患儿。方法利用红细胞指数建立鉴别诊断地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血的逐步回归方程数学模型,并用盲法分析评价数学模型的准确鉴别性。结果该模型对TT鉴别诊断的灵敏度为98.41%,特异度为33.93%;对IDA鉴别诊断的特异度为98.41%,灵敏度为33.93%。结论本数学模型鉴别诊断地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血简便、快速、敏感,适合快速筛查地中海贫血。
Purpose To screen children with thalassemia rapidly and conveniently. Methods The erythrocyte index was used to establish a mathematical model of stepwise regression equation for differential diagnosis of thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia. Blind analysis was used to evaluate the accuracy of the mathematical model. Results The sensitivity of this model to TT differential diagnosis was 98.41% and the specificity was 33.93%. The specificity of differential diagnosis was 98.41% and the sensitivity was 33.93%. Conclusion The mathematical model of differential diagnosis of thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia is simple, rapid and sensitive, suitable for rapid screening of thalassemia.
