随着我国公路建设事业的不断发展,高等级路面施工中新材料、新工艺不断应运而生,SUPERPAVE沥青路面施工技术就是我国引进外国先进技术,并在全国范围内大量推广使用的一种。从实际效果来看,SUPERPAVE沥青路面具有混合料嵌挤密实、离析现象较少、无碾压推移和剪切现象、均匀性好等诸多优点。2005-2006年期间,青红高速公路(鲁冀界至邯郸段)K0+000~K28+100路面工程施工中应用了SUPERPAVE技术铺筑沥青路面。文章对施工中的经验进行了总结与交流。
With the continuous development of highway construction in our country, new material and new technology in the construction of high-grade pavement emerge as the times require. The construction technology of SUPERPAVE asphalt pavement is one of the most widely used foreign advanced technologies in our country. From the actual effect point of view, SUPERPAVE asphalt pavement with a mixture of embedded squeeze dense, less segregation phenomenon, no rolling push and shear phenomenon, good uniformity and many other advantages. During 2005-2006, SUPERPAVE technology was used to pave the asphalt pavement on the K0 + 000 ~ K28 + 100 pavement of Qinghong Expressway (Luji-Junction to Handan section). The article summarizes and exchanges experience in construction.
