近年来,随着企业退休人员的不断增加,各群体退休人员的服务管理归属、养老等问题日趋突显。做好退休人员的管理服务工作,是全面实现在全省率先跨入全面小康社会先进行列的重要体现和延伸。本文旨在通过对企业退休人员的基本情况、退休管理机构现状、近年来推进企业退休人员社会化管理服务工作的情况进行分析,有针对性的提出了加强对社区服务工作经验的交流和推广、加快退休人员人事档案集中管理进程、等建议,目的在于促进和提升企业退休人员社会化管理服务工作水平。
In recent years, with the continuous increase of enterprise retirees, the service management of retirees in each group is attributed to the pension and other issues have become increasingly prominent. Doing a good job in the management and service of retirees is an important manifestation and extension of the advanced ranks of taking the lead in entering the comprehensive well-off society in the province.
