采用麦麸吸附剂对模拟印染废水中的中性红和孔雀石绿进行生物吸附处理。在染料初始浓度为100mg/L、麦麸投加量为4.0g/L、吸附时间为90min的条件下,当中性红溶液pH值为7时,麦麸对中性红的去除率达98.05%;当孔雀石绿溶液pH值为5.0时,麦麸对孔雀石绿的去除率为95.35%。动力学研究表明,麦麸对2种染料的吸附过程均符合准二级动力学方程,说明该吸附过程以化学吸附为主。使用Freundlich等温吸附方程可较好的拟合麦麸对2种染料的吸附,说明该吸附以多分子层吸附为主,对中性红的饱和吸附量为24.54mg/g,对孔雀石绿的饱和吸附量为23.88mg/g。
Wheat bran adsorbent was used to treat the neutral red and malachite green in simulated printing and dyeing wastewater. When the initial concentration of dye is 100mg / L, the dosage of wheat bran is 4.0g / L and the adsorption time is 90min, when the pH value of neutral red solution is 7, the removal rate of wheat bran to neutral red is 98.05% When the pH value of malachite green solution is 5.0, the removal rate of wheat bran for malachite green is 95.35%. Kinetic studies have shown that the adsorption process of wheat bran on the two dyes are in line with quasi-second-order kinetic equation, indicating that the adsorption process based on chemical adsorption. Freundlich isotherm equation can well fit the adsorption of wheat bran on the two dyes, indicating that the adsorption is dominated by multi-molecular layer, the saturated adsorption capacity of neutral red is 24.54mg / g, the malachite green Saturated adsorption capacity of 23.88mg / g.
