In this paper, through on-site observation in the plateau, the effects of LXL on improving the work ability of the human body on the plateau were evaluated. Twenty subjects were divided into the experimental group (liniment group) and the control group in a paired experimental design, with 10 in each group. Anaerobic thresholds (AT_GE), PWC_170, and heart rate (HR) were measured first in plain. Then, by plane to reach an altitude of 4370m plateau, repeat the measurement of the above indicators.
