To study the “integrated team” manned by lunar and Mars exploration and accepted the advice of the U.S. Presidential Office and NASA to propose the following plans. Limit the role of the space station in the study of man-made physiology of manned lunar exploration, Mars-controlled CELSS and microgravity. The previous scheme of installing manned spacecraft flying to the moon and Mars on the space station made the structure too complicated and unrealistic to be denied. The intent of the integrated team was that the manned spacecraft used for Mars would be a very large booster capable of carrying a payload of 220 tons, launched in two and then docked and assembled on the Earth’s low orbit.
