本文通过对认证规则的作用及其对安防市场影响的分析,提出我国应尽快建立现代认证规则体制,以促进安防市场的发展。安防产品认证是这两年逐渐发展的新生事物。它对于规范安防行业的市场秩序,提高安防产品质量起到了积极作用。认证的效能不单纯体现在调节产品市场准人环节上,由产品技术法规、标准为核心构成的认证规则体系对市场的发展起到了重要的作用。 Through the analysis of the function of certification rules and its impact on security market, this paper proposes that our country should set up a system of modern certification rules as soon as possible so as to promote the development of security market. Security product certification is a newly developed thing in these two years. It plays a positive role in regulating the market order of security industry and improving the quality of security products. Certification efficiency is not simply reflected in the adjustment of product market access, the product by the technical regulations, standards as the core of the certification rules system for the development of the market has played an important role.
