在我国市场经济不断发展的过程中,国有企业发挥着重要的作用。随着我国市场竞争程度的不断加深,国有企业竞争的焦点也由原先的物力竞争转向了人力资源竞争。正因为如此,对于当前国有企业员工激励机制的探讨就显得尤为必要。论文结合笔者研究,分析了在国有企业中进行激励的必要性与作用,随后分析了当前国有企业员工激励机制存在的不足,最后针对这些问题提出了相应的完善策略。
In the continuous development of our market economy, state-owned enterprises play an important role. As the degree of market competition in our country continues to deepen, the focus of competition among state-owned enterprises has shifted from the competition for material resources to the competition for human resources. Because of this, it is necessary to explore the incentive mechanism for the current state-owned enterprise employees. Based on the author’s research, the thesis analyzes the necessity and function of motivation in state-owned enterprises, and then analyzes the existing problems of motivation mechanism in state-owned enterprises. At last, it puts forward some corresponding improvement strategies to these problems.
