制备了TA1钛合金板与5052铝合金板或Q215镀锌钢板的异质T型自冲铆接头和异质T型粘接-自冲铆复合接头。通过剖面直观观察了接头成形质量,分析了宏观失效机理。基于剥离实验对比了各组接头的最大剥离载荷均值及能量吸收性能。结果表明:粘接剂(3M-DP460)对自冲铆接头成形质量影响较大,其大大提高了T型自冲铆接头的缓冲吸震能力;粘接剂对TA1-5052T型自冲铆接头失效形式无影响,但其改变了TA1-Q215T型自冲铆接头混合失效形式的分布;与TA1-5052T型自冲铆接头相比,其复合接头的最大剥离载荷均值降低了1.2%,粘接剂使TA1-Q215T型自冲铆接头的最大剥离载荷均值降低了6.1%。
A heterogeneous T-type self-piercing rivet and a heterogeneous T-type adhesive-self-piercing riveted composite joint were prepared by TA1 titanium alloy plate and 5052 aluminum alloy plate or Q215 galvanized steel plate. Through the section observation, the forming quality of the joint was visually observed, and the macroscopic failure mechanism was analyzed. Based on the peel test, the maximum peel load average value and energy absorption performance of each group of joints were compared. The results show that the adhesive (3M-DP460) has a great influence on the forming quality of the self-piercing riveted joint, which greatly improves the shock absorbing capacity of the T-shaped self-piercing riveted joint. The adhesive has no effect on the self-piercing riveting joint of TA1-5052T But it changed the distribution of mixed failure modes of TA1-Q215T self-piercing riveting joint. Compared with TA1-5052T self-piercing riveting joint, the maximum peel load average of composite joint decreased by 1.2% The average peel load of the TA1-Q215T self-piercing rivet joints was reduced by 6.1%.
