现在是一个科技水平高速发展的时代,信息化建设也逐渐在各个行业得以有效利用,计算机技术的要求在人们日常的生活工作中也扮演着越来越重要的角色。我国也紧紧得跟上了这个时代的步伐,进入信息化时代。各个企业为了不落后于这个信息化潮流,都希望把自身改造成信息化企业,开始展开对企业内部员工的计算机技术培训的工作,同时对员工们提出了更高的计算机技术的要求。但是如何在有限的条件内进行合理高效的计算机培训工作,如何使计算机培训之后的人员能够很好的把他们的技术运用进工作中,成了各大相关企业关注的重点,本文就对于计算机培训的方式及计算机培训对企业职工人才的作用进行一定的分析和论述。
