针对激光瞬态散斑测量中所应用到的单脉冲、双脉冲激光光源,研制了基于AT89C51单片机的激光瞬态测量用光源的脉冲发生器。该发生器采用了内等待和外触发两种方式,针对所用Q开关及其驱动电路的特性,设计了延迟环节,使能产生由于内部延时等待,外部信号触发两种方式所产生的微秒级直至秒级的脉冲。
Aiming at the single-pulse and double-pulse laser light source used in laser transient speckle measurement, a pulse generator based on AT89C51 single-chip laser source for laser transient measurement was developed.
