浙盐改革之路涵盖内容丰富,牵涉面广,影响巨大。但无论如何改革,“优化物流方式,提高物流效益”是我们必然要解决的重大课题。盐行业是一个产能过剩,产品同质化程度高的行业,若放开价格和区域限制,在没有良好品牌营销的前提下,必然面对利润率下降的问题。作为纯销区的浙江地区,只有通过有效的物流规划,在实现规模效益的同时快速响应地方市场需求,并且有效控制成本,才能在市场化转型中提高核心竞争力。
