采用热解吸-气相色谱法研究松树的指纹图谱,考察了热解吸温度、加热速率和加热保持时间对指纹图谱的影响,并对不同品种的松树和同一棵树不同部位的指纹图谱进行比较.同时考察了图谱的重现性,结果表明,枝条的相对保留值α的RSD≤1.19%,嫩叶的相对保留值α的RSD≤0.47%.为松树的种鉴定、松脂产量的预测建立了一个快捷、简便、科学的测试新方法.
The fingerprint of pine was studied by thermal desorption-gas chromatography (GC-MS). The effects of thermal desorption temperature, heating rate and heating and holding time on the fingerprints of the pine were studied. The fingerprints of different species and different parts of the same tree were compared The repeatability of the spectra was also examined.The results showed that RSD≤1.19% of the relative retention values of the branches and RSD≤0.47% of the relative retention values of the young leaves.For the identification of pine species, the prediction of rosin yield was established A quick, easy and scientific new method of testing.
