以95份玉米核心自交系组成的关联作图群体为试验材料,进行耐旱相关候选基因dhn2(编码脱水素蛋白)的序列多样性和连锁不平衡结构分析,挖掘不同种质资源中的等位变异。在考虑群体结构影响的基础上,进行dhn2基因多样性与耐旱相关表型之间的关联分析。结果表明:该基因编码区序列多样性较高,但LD水平较低,并检测出7个多态性位点与表型性状显著关联。
In this study, 95 accessions of maize kernel inbred lines were used as experimental materials to analyze the sequence diversity and linkage disequilibrium of dhn2 (coding dehydrin protein) candidate genes related to drought tolerance, and to explore the relationships among different germplasm resources Bit variation. Based on the influence of population structure, the association analysis between dhn2 gene diversity and drought-related phenotypes was carried out. The results showed that the coding region of the gene has high sequence diversity but low level of LD, and seven polymorphic loci were significantly associated with the phenotypic traits.
