知识经济时代R&D联盟成为企业创新与发展的战略手段,但是由于联盟与其成员之间存在目标不完全一致性,因此联盟的失败率一直居高不下。为减少联盟冲突、促进联盟持续发展,应当加强联盟管理。鉴于创新资源对R&D联盟发展的重要作用,本文结合协同学理论对作为联盟序参量的联盟关键创新资源进行了系统分析,研究了序参量的确定、影响序参量发展瓶颈的确定以及序参量渐变与突变趋势的预测等,旨在为加强R&D联盟管理提供参考与决策支持。
In the era of knowledge economy, the R & D alliance has become a strategic means of innovation and development in enterprises. However, the failure rate of the alliance has been continuously high due to the imperfect consistency of goals between the alliance and its members. In order to reduce alliance conflicts and promote the sustainable development of alliances, alliance management should be strengthened. In view of the important role of innovative resources for the development of R & D alliances, this dissertation systematically analyzes the key innovation resources of alliances as the coalition parameters, and studies the determination of order parameters, the determination of bottlenecks that affect the development of order parameters, The forecast of mutation trend, etc., aims to provide reference and decision support for strengthening R & D alliance management.
