传统物流信息系统存在数据录入效率低,误差高的缺陷。为了解决该种问题,设计并实现了基于激光自动扫描技术的物流信息系统,其由原材料管理模块、标签生成模块、生产数据采集模块、仓库数据采集模块构成。系统采用激光自动扫描技术实现了总体物流信息的实时采集和管理。分析了系统中的激光自动扫描模块实现物流信息采集的过程,并给出了物流物联网的工作流程,实现物流信息的联网管理。实验结果说明,所设计系统具有较高的录入精度和效率,提高了企业的物流管理水平。
Traditional logistics information system has the disadvantage of low data entry efficiency and high error. In order to solve this problem, a logistics information system based on laser automatic scanning technology is designed and realized. It consists of a raw material management module, a label generation module, a production data acquisition module and a warehouse data acquisition module. The system uses laser automatic scanning technology to realize the real-time collection and management of the overall logistics information. The process of collecting logistics information by laser automatic scanning module in the system is analyzed. The work flow of logistics IoT is also given to realize the networking management of logistics information. The experimental results show that the designed system has high input precision and efficiency, and improves the logistics management level of enterprises.
