以挖掘机液压系统中某型号的防爆阀为研究对象,针对防爆阀管路破裂工况下主阀的流动情况,使用流体仿真软件CFD对防爆阀主阀内部流动特性进行研究,得到该工况下的流动特性。详细给出相同的边界条件下,主阀全开和开度2 mm时的流场压力、速度、速度矢量图的对比分析,根据仿真结果进行结构改进。通过实验验证了仿真的可行性,根据测得实验数据,计算出阀口的流量系数,分析了不同开度、不同流量对流量系数的影响,解释了仿真值比实验值偏大的原因,使其仿真结果对防爆阀的设计和改进具有实际意义。
Taking a certain type of explosion-proof valve in excavator hydraulic system as the research object, aiming at the flow of the main valve under the rupture condition of the explosion-proof valve, the fluid flow simulation software CFD was used to study the internal flow characteristics of the main valve of the explosion-proof valve.
