文章通过室内试验和实体工程实践,研究了成型方法、养护方式与环境条件等施工因素对丁苯改性混凝土(PCC)性能的影响。研究结果表明:为了达到最佳的力学性能,PCC需采用特定的投料搅拌方式,振动时间应略长于普通混凝土;PCC所需的前期标准养护天数应随丁苯乳液掺量的增大而逐步减少;当施工温度高或风速大时,PCC的流动性降低且易开裂,并推荐了高温大风条件下的施工应急措施。
Through laboratory experiments and physical engineering practice, the article studied the influence of construction methods such as molding method, curing method and environmental conditions on the properties of styrene-butadiene-modified concrete (PCC). The results show that in order to achieve the best mechanical properties, PCC needs to use a specific feed mixing method, the vibration time should be slightly longer than ordinary concrete; PCC required pre-standard curing days should be gradually increased with the increase of SBR content ; When the construction temperature is high or the wind speed is high, the fluidity of PCC is low and easy to crack, and the construction emergency measures under the condition of high temperature and gale are recommended.
