选取8个不同抗旱性油菜材料,研究6种干旱相关基因(btg-26,BnD22,P5CS,CaM,BADH,ADC)在不同胁迫持续时间下的表达情况,并结合5个耐旱生理指标以探究油菜中干旱相关基因的表达与耐旱生理指标之间的相关性。结果表明,btg-26,BnD22,P5CS,BADH,ADC在抗旱材料Q2和敏感材料Zs6和S95-3中表达模式差异明显。5个生理指标中,叶片萎蔫指数和相对电渗率的变异程度最大。相关性分析表明,btg-26在干旱胁迫24h的表达量与相对电渗率显著相关,与相对含水量极显著相关。而胁迫3h,P5CS和ADC的表达量与叶片萎蔫指数和相对电渗率显著相关,BADH的表达量与相对电渗率之间显著相关。在考察油菜耐旱性时,这些基因的表达情况可以作为抗旱性鉴定的参考指标。
Eight different drought resistance rapeseed materials were selected to study the expression of six kinds of drought related genes (btg-26, BnD22, P5CS, CaM, BADH and ADC) under different stress durations. Five drought- Correlation between expression of drought - related genes and physiological indicators of drought tolerance in rapeseed. The results showed that the expression patterns of btg-26, BnD22, P5CS, BADH and ADC in drought-resistant material Q2 and sensitive materials Zs6 and S95-3 were significantly different. Among the five physiological indices, the variation of leaf wilting index and relative electroosmotic rate was the highest. Correlation analysis showed that the expression level of btg-26 at 24h of drought stress was significantly correlated with relative electroosmotic rate, and significantly correlated with relative water content. However, the expression of P5CS and ADC was significantly correlated with the leaf wilting index and relative electroosmotic rate at 3h of stress, and the expression of BADH was significantly correlated with the relative electroosmotic rate. In studying the drought tolerance of rapeseed, the expression of these genes can serve as a reference marker for drought resistance identification.
