本文叙述Mn—Cr奥氏体钢内添加Nb、B、Zr等合金元素对其室温、高温机械性能和组织影响的研究,获得了一种能满足电站锅炉、汽轮机制造业在650℃温度使用的Mn—Cr奥氏体热强钢。该新钢种具有较高的热强性、长期组织稳定性和良好的热加工与焊接工艺性,经5吨/时超临界直流锅炉作过热器使用(参数:蒸汽温度600℃,压力300大气压,管壁最高温度660℃)效果满意,可取代目前在该温度下广泛使用的高Ni、Cr奥氏体热强钢,为进一步发展与应用Mn、Cr奥氏体热强钢提供了良好的前景。
