在射孔器材料密度视为均匀的前提下,根据射孔器在水平井曲线段最大受力不超过屈服极限的原则,从理论上分析了射孔器在下入曲线段过程中的受力、变形,论述了水平井曲率半径对射孔器长度的影响,推导出了射孔器在水平井曲线段不产生塑性变形的理论公式。根据该公式,可针对不同的水平井计算出允许通过的单只射孔器的最大长度,为防止射孔器在曲线段塑性变形提供理论依据。
Under the premise of uniform density of perforator materials, according to the principle that the maximum force of perforator in horizontal well curve does not exceed the yield limit, the force of perforator in the process of entering curve segment is analyzed theoretically. This paper discusses the influence of horizontal well curvature radius on perforator length and deduces the theoretical formula that perforator does not produce plastic deformation in horizontal well curve section. According to the formula, the maximum length of a single perforator allowed to pass can be calculated for different horizontal wells, providing a theoretical basis for preventing the perforator from plastic deformation in the curve section.
