在食用菌的制种和科研工作中,接种是一个很重要的操作步骤,一般是用接种针任意挑取少许菌丝体,这样接种量往往不够精确。这对于普通的制种是无妨的,但在科研中,即使是同一处理重复间,诸因素完全相同,因接种量不等而结果相差甚大;不同处理,试验因素不同,再加上接种量不等,其结果就无规律性,弄不清是试验因素不同还是接种量不等所致。因此,等量接种是食用菌科研工作中一个不可忽视的问题。为解决这个问题笔者作过以下几种方法的尝试。
