水通道蛋白(aquaporins,AQPs)介导不同类型细胞膜的跨膜水转运,对维持机体的正常状态至关重要。水通道蛋白调节羊水平衡及妊娠期、分娩期宫颈水平衡,在胚胎植入、月经产生及宫腔内液体的清除方面起一定的作用。辅助生殖技术中水通道蛋白可提高人卵母细胞的冻融存活率。水通道蛋白与肿瘤的发生、生长和转移有关,为肿瘤的基因靶向治疗提供新方法。
Aquaporins (AQPs) mediate transmembrane water transport across different types of cell membranes and are essential for maintaining the body’s normal state. Ammonium aquaporin regulates the balance of amniotic fluid and the balance of cervical water during pregnancy and childbirth. It plays a role in embryo implantation, menstruation and intrauterine fluid clearance. Aquaporins in assisted reproductive technology enhance the freeze-thaw survival of human oocytes. Aquaporins are involved in the genesis, growth and metastasis of tumors, and provide a new method for gene targeting therapy of tumors.
