目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提高神经外科监护室(NICU)护理人员和患者家属关系和谐度中的应用效果。方法:成立“人和圈”活动小组,运用头脑风暴、鱼骨图、真因查验对影响NICU护理人员和患者家属关系和谐度的原因进行分析,确定改善目标,制定相应对策,实施后进行效果评价。结果:开展QCC活动后,NICU患者家属满意度显著提高(P<0.05),圈员QCC手法应用、责任感、凝聚力,积极性沟通配合能力及解决问题的能力较活动前显著提高。结论:开展QCC活动可提高NICU患者家属满意度,促进护理人员和患者家属关系和谐发展,有利于护理质量的持续改进。
Objective: To investigate the effect of QCC activities on improving the harmonious relationship between nursing staff and family members in neurosurgery care unit (NICU). Methods: The “human and circle” activity group was set up. Using brainstorming and fishbone diagram, we analyzed the reasons that affect the harmony degree between NICU nurses and patients’ family members, determined the goal of improvement and formulated corresponding measures. After implementation Perform the effect evaluation. Results: Satisfaction of family members of NICU patients was significantly improved after QCC activities (P <0.05). QCC usage of circle members, sense of responsibility, cohesion, positive communication ability and problem-solving ability were significantly improved compared with that before activities. Conclusion: To carry out QCC activities can improve the satisfaction of family members of NICU patients and promote the harmonious development of the relationship between nursing staff and patients, which is good for continuous improvement of nursing quality.
