迎回采沿空掘巷技术关键在于控制小煤柱的稳定性,分析小煤柱顶底板岩层结构中3个相对稳定锚固承载区,为锚索梁组合支护结构提供了可靠的设计基础,根据巷道地质特征,对锚索梁组合支护结构参数进行了详细设计,并应用于工程实践。现场支护效果表明,采用锚索梁组合支护结构有效控制了煤柱失稳和大变形,满足生产需求,经济效益显著。
The key to coal mining technology of gob-side entry is to control the stability of small coal pillar, and to analyze the three relatively stable anchor load-bearing areas in roof and floor of small coal pillar, which provides a reliable design foundation for the combined support structure of anchor beam and girder. According to The geological characteristics of roadways, the parameters of anchor beam and beam combined support structure are designed in detail and applied to engineering practice. The result of on-site support shows that the combined support structure of anchor beam and beam can effectively control the instability and large deformation of coal pillar to meet the demand of production with obvious economic benefits.
